We offer a variety of wellness programs guiding highly sensitive people back to calm, clarity, and inner safety using breathwork, nervous system regulation, gentle energy work, EFT, meditation, and intuitive guidance.

No prior experience is required. Each session meets the individual exactly where they are.

A gentle, somatic approach to healing anxiety that bypasses overthinking and works directly with the nervous system. Using breathwork and integrative healing techniques, sessions support deep release, grounding, and a lasting sense of calm, clarity, and balance.

Our workshops weave together somatic practice, energy clearing, and intuitive guidance where participants can reconnect with their true selves, their authenticity and to their deeper purpose. Including a 6-week course on anxiety healing for highly sensitive people, and a course on finding connection without overwhelm.

This is a sanctuary for the Jewish community, restoring calm and resilience and seeking relief from chronic stress and nervous system overload. Through somatic breathwork rooted in ancient wisdom, the body is gently guided out of vigilance and back into calm, connection, and inner resilience.
